The sale runs until Nov. 28 and includes discounts up to 20 per cent off on fares departing from Vancouver International Airport. Additionally, customers can get up to 20 per cent off on accommodation and car rentals valid for travel until June 30, 2022.

While many Canadian airlines are offering Black Friday sales this week, Air Canada offers deals on flights to more remote places around the world. Several highly sought-after global metropolises are available at a steal, too.

For example, you can enjoy a round-trip, direct journey to Tokyo from Vancouver for only only $860.76 CAD including taxes and fees. Typically, direct flights to Japan's capital city cost well over $1000.
