Vancouverites looking for cheap all-inclusive packages to sun destinations can take advantage of Sunwing's Boxing Day sale.
The vacation travel provider has slashed hundreds of dollars off the cost of its all-inclusive vacations, offering savings of up to $1,500 per pair for select packages for travel anytime from now through April 30, 2024.
You don't need to enter a code to take advantage of the discounted packages but they must booked by Jan. 7, 2024.
Locals can get discounts on family vacations and for couples to destinations including Cuba, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
Here are some of the best options that depart from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Cuba
Packages from YVR to Havana and Varadero in Cuba for seven-day, all-inclusive packages in the new year start at just under $1,200 per person.
Properties include the Memories Varadero Beach Resort, the Blau Arenal Habana Beach in Havana, and the Roc Barlovento in Varadero.
Mexico
Prices for seven-day, all-inclusive packages in Cancun, Mexico start at $1,465 at the Krystal Grand Cancun. On the Pacific side of Mexico, travellers can peruse packages starting at $1,325 in Puerto Vallarta at the Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and the El Cid Marina Beach.
Los Cabos also has some great deals available, including a seven-day stay at the Riu Santa Fe for $1,385 or the Krystal Grand Los Cabos for $1,465.
Dominican Republic
