Vancouver Police announced Thursday morning the arrest of Justina Ellis.
The 37-year-old high risk offender did not return to the East Vancouver halfway house she was staying in on Sunday.
The VPD said only that Ellis had been located and arrested, and offered no further details.
Ellis was wanted Canada-wide for not complying with a Long Term Supervision Order, and was described by authorities as having a history of violent behavior.
