UPDATE: Quinn Beshara has since been located, safe and unharmed.

A high-risk teen boy is missing in Vancouver, and police are hoping the public can help locate him.

Quinn Beshara, 16, went missing Thursday night. He was last seen at his mother's home in the area of East 39th Avenue and Chester Street around 8:30 p.m.

The Vancouver Police Department indicates in a media release that Beshara is developmentally delayed, and operates at a toddler level.

Additionally, the teen suffers seizures, and will be in need of medication.

"Quinn has never gone missing before and his family [is] extremely concerned for his well-being," adds the VPD.

Beshara is white, 5’11”, with a slim build, and he has short brown hair, brown eyes, and a very freckly face.

He was last seen wearing a puffy camouflage jacket, black pyjama bottoms with a red storm trooper face on the hip, and black and blue runners. He is familiar with transit and would be known to sit down and take rests while out for walks.

If you see Beshara, you are asked to call 9-1-1 and stay with him until first responders arrive.
