RCMP search for missing 21-year-old man in Metro Vancouver

Surrey RCMP is calling on the public to help find a missing 21-year-old man who hasn’t been heard from since Wednesday.

Police and family are concerned for the well-being of Kenny Tran, who was last heard from on Feb. 19, at 1:30 p.m. Police say Tran’s last known location was the 5800 block of 137B Street in Surrey and he is believed to be with his vehicle, a blue 2013 Volkswagon Golf hatchback with BC licence plate JK9 21J.

Tran’s disappearance was reported to the RCMP on Thursday, Feb. 20, after his family became concerned they hadn’t heard from him.

Tran is described as an Asian male, 5’7” tall, with a medium build, black hair, and brown eyes. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a light brown tank top with a grey jacket.

Police say the Missing Persons Unit is working to locate him.
