Fans of Jack Skellington and Sally, rejoice!
From an adorable ghost dog to a monstrous, yet groovy oogie boogie man, The Nightmare Before Christmas film has won legions of adoring fans from around the world.
Now, Lower Mainland locals will have an opportunity to celebrate all things Halloween on Christmas with an epic Nightmare Before Christmas Market in New Westminster.
The market begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 and offers a smorgasbord of things to see and do. There will be over 60 unique vendors, character appearances, face painting and yummy food, and costumes are encouraged.
The oogie boogie man will kick things off on Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon, followed by a popular princesses appearance at 1 p.m. by The Snow Sisters. Jack Skellington will finish off the appearances with a show from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
On Sunday, the oogie boogie man will start the event with a two hour appearance until noon. Diagon Alley Day will also start the event at 10 a.m., and will run until 4 p.m. Jack Skellington will also make an appear from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Cost: Admission is $3 for adults and kids 13 and under are Free. Tickets are available online for $2.50 in advance or $4 for a weekend pass.
