Yesterday, a number of Metro Vancouverites woke up to a fresh dusting of snowfall, after parts of the Lower Mainland saw hail and thunder Monday night.
As of 10:13 a.m. on Wedneday, April 2, it is snowing in many cities across the region. The snow doen't appear to be sticking at lower eleveations, but some locations are seeing slightly heavier flurries.
Locals have taken to social media again this morning to share images and videos of the wintry affair. Many of them seem surprised by the frosty display, while others are simply not impressed.
"Excuse me Vancouver but WHAT THE HECK IS SNOW DOING HERE.," tweets Nari.
"Really? Like we’re not dealing with enough already...yes, we have snow coming down in Port Moody," comments Jay Janower.
Johnny dean, however, tweets a cheerful smiley face, a thumbs up and remarks, "April snow? Oh ya!
