Hayden Laine Tricker came out as a transgender man in 2021 and has been sharing his transition story with followers on his Instagram and TikTok.
Transitioning in Vancouver, he says he has found the city "very accepting." Tricker says Trans Care BC, part of Provincial Health Services Authority, "has been awesome, especially in the beginning when I had no idea where to start."
Tricker works as a transformational life coach, offering sessions in breathwork and embodiment.
He hopes his channel will inspire other to live as their true authentic selves without the constraints of arbitrary societal labels.
