Perched on the top of 111 East 5th Ave is by far the hugest surveillance camera I have ever seen. This thing is on like an 8 foot tall quadrapod (is that a word?) and looks like some sortof 70MM motion picture camera.
The building isn't some CSIS office, it's the office building of a large estate planner, and this photo below is what the camera has been pointed at for the last couple of years...
