Take Me Home to British Columbia

Our friends at the Knowledge Network are set to release 36 short films about our home, British Columbia. For each person, it’s different and so personal - in the backyard, on stage, in Tofino, in the kitchen, or wherever your family is.

Our friends at the Knowledge Network are set to release 36 short films about our home, British Columbia. For each person, it’s different and so personal - in the backyard, on stage, in Tofino, in the kitchen, or wherever your family is. In ‘Take Me Home’, they profile 36 British Columbians on what “home” means to them today.

From now until October 30th, their Take Me Home page (HERE) will serve as a contest page where all submissions will be eligible to win tickets to their special advance screening & reception on November 7th at SFU Woodwards. When contest closes, the webpage will continue to collect photos and serve as a place for all British Columbians to share what home means to them.

Take Me Home (the full compilation) will premiere on Knowledge on November 14th at 7pm. The 36 individual shorts will then continue as interstitials to reinforce our home in British Columbia.

This is a project that everyone can easily participate in … joining high-profile personalities, as well as every day British Columbians in sharing something they’re proud of – their home in British Columbia!
