This $5 million Metro Vancouver property for sale features a stunning Japanese garden (VIDEO)

It contains the largest private living roof in North America.

There's a stunning piece of land on the market in Metro Vancouver—you'll just need $5 million.

A sprawling 1.21-acre property is currently for sale in Langley. The site features a 3,176 square-foot Victorian-inspired private residence but the real draw is outside the home.

The acreage's main attraction is 'Thyme on 43rd', a massive Japanese garden complete with a 70-foot stream, waterfalls, wooden bridge, koi pond, wisteria path, and numerous rare imported trees. It even contains the largest private living roof in North America.

The garden was designed and constructed with no written plans by award-winning landscape architect Hayato Ogawa. It took six years to complete, utilizing 17th-century methods used by Ogawa's ancestors.

The popular property has been used extensively for walking tours, private events, and various film productions.
