The 7th annual VANCOUVER LATIN AMERICAN FILM FESTIVAL, which will run from Sep. 10-20, has revealed its LINEUP for the 2009 season. This year's spotlight will be on CHILE with up to 15 flicks from the nation including the 2008 sensation from Cannes, TONY MANERO, a flick about a dancer during the Pinochet era obsessed with the Saturday Night Fever character who ends up committing a series of crimes leading up to a Manero impersonating contest.
