We Are BC: A Provincial home movie, made by YOU

SFU Public Square is working on a super interesting project about the economy (no, really!) that they want you to be a part of. We Are BC is going to be a crowdsourced film "featuring BC residents’ relationship with, and hopes and fears about, the current and future state of BC’s economy".

They're looking for 30 second video clips from you, the residents of this province, sharing your thoughts on BC's economy and your place in it.

Specifically, they want you to answer 1 of these 4 questions:

1. How do you generate an income? What does this look like? How do you feel about this?

2. How do you feel the current state of our economy affects you, your loved ones, residents of BC? Are you satisfied with how your tax dollars are spent?

3. How do the choices you make in your life impact the economy?

4. What are your dreams or fears for the future of BC’s economy? Or for your own life as it relates to work and money?

The deadline for submissions is next Thursday, August 15th. Learn more at sfu.ca/wearebc and in THIS INTERVIEW that our friend, Jill Krop, did with the director, Sarah Van Borek.
