Second Beach Pool
While my first love is swimming in our amazing ocean (I have yet to follow Calen's lead ), there is also something super awesome about swimming in a huge pool right beside the ocean.

Downtown Vancouver's Cleanest Alley!
Way back when I was in high school, in the glory days when my stomach could digest cheese and wheat and even garlic, I would take the bus down town to go buy cassette tapes and dollar slice pizza.

THE OTHER LIONS FROM VANCOUVER
I think there must have been something in the building codes for the city in the past that said if you built a Vancouver Special (click HERE to see what a Vancouver Special is if you're not quite sure) you either had to have those strange egg/articho

Sun Yat Sen Park
Stopped by the Sun Yat Sen Park the other day. Great little refuge hidden in Chinatown. One of the entrances to the park. A second entrance has a view of the lily pond. Even with a bunch of people the garden was still relaxing and calm.
