Way back when I was in high school, I used to skate and snowboard with a guy named Jorli. We used to go up the mountains, build jumps and try to do kick out methods like Craig Kelly. Man, those were the days. Anyways... my friend Jorli has a younger sister named Maelle (pronounced my-elle). While we were hiking jumps doing Craig Kelly impressions Maelle was snowboarding too, and apparently getting better than us. These days she's an X games gold medalist, world cup gold medalist and second time Olympian on her way to a gold medal next month here in Vancouver.
The other day I was in a Blenz coffee shop getting a cup of tea when I saw Maelle's pro model coffee! Partial proceeds from the purchase of a bag go directly to Maelle herself, to help her win some gold medals at the Olympics. So if you like organic limited edition coffee and you like Canadians winning gold medals you should probably support a local athlete and go buy some.
