Hey everyone! If you're looking for something to do on Thursday night we've got you covered. The fourth year Visual Art students at UBC are graduating and they need to put on a grad show at the end of the year. However, due to numerous reasons such as the recent arts cuts, they can't afford anything. Despite this unfortunate circumstance they've decided to combine their talents and throw a little fundraiser in hopes of bringing light back to the arts. The Big ‘O’ will take place on Thursday, January 21st at The Anza Club. There will be a silent art auction where you can purchase your next Pollock for 5 bucks! In addition, local bands Pre Bop Ensemble, Born Lovers, and Blood Blades will be playing throughout the night. We hope you'll join us! It's $8 dollars regular admission or $5 if you're a student.
