So, the Daily Flickr Pickr pool for VancouverIsAwesome.com is made up of photos that are pretty much 99% "urban" photos or photos of some sort of natural element taken from an urban vantage point. Seems to the norm for the pool, and that's totally cool, so keep on submitting those photos. But every now and then, I see a photo taken in or around the Vancouver area that is so far from "urban" that it's really stands out. Take today's selection from Andy Grellman titled "homeland". A perfect title for an such an awesome photo.
This photo is a perfect example of why we live here and why Vancouver is so awesome.
