I also got to drive the Ford Focus SE up to Squamish and back, which was awesome on the Sea-to-Sky Hwy! I made a pitstop in Horseshoe Bay for a photo assignment and lunch, which I had out of the cooler in the back of the car (which was luckily shaded from the sun with the cover in the trunk. All of my gear fit with lots of room (which is good because I gave a friend a ride home with their stuff as well) and loaded in and out with ease.
One of my favourite parts was that you can customize the interior lighting of the car! When I got in it was blue, but I changed it to red to match the car paint and my dress (as seen below). Thanks to Ford for the loan once again, and I can't wait to take the next one out on my trip to the Otalith Festival in a few weeks!
Oh, and one of the major benefits of heading to Squamish/camping was that the Squamish River fed off nearby and we could go cool down super close by!:
