#ArtistAtHome with Leo Sanchez-Celis

I am proud to say that today’s #ArtistAtHome is one of my best friends in Vancouver. He is a musical force. Honestly, his voice is so powerful he can shake the room. He can also shred the guitar like nobody’s business. This is LIO, or as his friends know him, Leo Sanchez-Celis.

Originally from Mexico, Leo brings all of that Latin goodness with him and sings many of his original songs in Spanish. He has played at Squamish Valley Music Festival VIP area and the Ponderosa Festival, while also pulling double duty as the festival’s stage manager. Him and his wife Roxanna celebrated the birth of their baby girl Alexia last year so he has been busy with fatherly duties, but he still managed to play-in and produce a 3 song EP with Rob Roy & The Associates. He is currently writing the music for an upcoming musical. Leo is always ready to lend a helping hand, and is an all around awesome guy. I am thankful to have him in my life.

Cheers Bud!
