In last month's On The Road feature I took you to Tulameen and an old mining ghost town. The previous month I introduced you to 3 nearby lakes up the Sea to Sky. Both posts were video format and got a really great reception, so I'll keep delivering this series in that format.
Today I'm taking you to Alouette Lake in Golden Ears Provincial Park. Toyota BC presents this series and as is the tradition I drove to it in my Highlander Hybrid to bring you the goods. Below is the video and below that is a map on how to get there to explore for yourself. If you're planning to go there soon you might want to check the weather, and getting winter tires installed. The road is paved most of the way but this video was shot a couple weeks before the snow started coming down, so the conditions are certain to have changed.
