John Dunsworth, who played the often drunk Mr. Lahey on the Trailer Park Boys TV series, has died.
Nova Scotia actor John Dunsworth, best known for playing hard-drinking, trailer park manager Jim Lahey in the Canadian TV series Trailer Park Boys, has died. He was 71.
In a statement to CBC, his daughter Sarah Dunsworth said, "With heavy and broken hearts the family of John F. Dunsworth would like to let people know that our amazing husband, father and grandfather John Dunsworth has passed away. John left this world peacefully after a short and unexpected illness."
Dunsworth was part of the Nova Scotia theatre and acting community for decades and recent roles included the mysterious reporter Dave Teagues on the supernatural drama series Haven.
