Bloedel Conservatory is now a winter wonderland with a lighting display

Definitely one of the most Instagram-worthy events of the year.

During the holiday season we often dream of travelling to warm places full of bright, blooming flowers and tropical birds.

Luckily, now you can enjoy that tropical atmosphere right here in Vancouver starting on December 15th - in festive style with Bloedel Conservatory's event called Holiday Heights at Bloedel - Arctic Oasis. You can easily buy tickets online.

To bring you up to speed, Bloedel Conservatory is a domed structure that houses a lush paradise with more than 120 free-flying exotic birds, 500 exotic plants, and flowers that thrive within its temperature-controlled environment.

At this event you'll also experience the area with vibrant lights, music, and even a holiday scavenger hunt, searching for hidden penguins in the arctic oasis. There will even be a holiday light display produced by MK Illumination.

Outside of the dome you'll get to enjoy dazzling evening city views and lit fountains at Queen Elizabeth Park. The best part? This event comes at a family-friendly price.
