I’ve been having bad luck with finding good viewpoints lately. On my commute to and from work, I’ll see what looks like a good scene to photograph and later I’ll go back to try to shoot it, only to discover that I can’t find a good vantage point (usually there is a tree or a building in the way). This one is one of the few that worked out. It is actually quite similar to my previous shot; it was taken just one block to the east, near Yukon and West 11th Ave. This one has a better view of BC Place Stadium. The stadium has its Canadian flag theme on display, I’m guessing for the Winter Olympics.
