He loves us! Ricky Gervais says: “I f-ing <3 Vancouver."

We were wondering if comedian Ricky Gervais’ heart still belongs to Vancouver, and the verdict is in: It does. It f-ing does!

After wrapping up two nights performing the last two North American shows on his “Humanity” tour at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Gervais took to Twitter to bask in the Vancouver glow.

On Sunday, Gervais winged his way northward from his prior stop in Seattle, musing if he’d managed to save the best city for last.

Knowing his deep love of Vancouver, we, too, wanted to know if the feelings were still as strong as ever.

While Gervais enjoys his last bit of time in f-ing wonderful Vancouver, it’s clear we have everything…except his cat.

And, yes, Gervais’ cat has their own Twitter account.

Joining Gervais on the trip was his wife, Jane Fallon, who got to know Vancouver’s charms, from quirky art to little neighbourhood “free libraries.”

On behalf of Vancouver, thanks for you visit. We love having you!
