Try this unique ice cream sandwich at this one-day pop-up

Ice cream sandwiches are the ultimate summertime treat, but have you ever had one made with a concha?

A concha is a sweet Mexican bread that looks like a shell. It’s a popular breakfast food, but cut in half, it works great to hold together a unique kind of ice cream sandwich, too.
