A farm/animal sanctuary in Aldergrove is holding a unique event this afternoon: yoga with pigs.

Happy Herd is rolling out some swine born in August of last year to hang out with people as they do yoga.

Born to a potbellied mama who was rescued by the SPCA in an animal cruelty seizure, 5 pigs will be “roaming around” while people in 3 sold-out yoga sessions get their om on.

A fundraising effort for the non-profit sanctuary, it follows a trend of stretching in the company of other random, domesticated mammals. goat yoga, bunny yoga, cat yoga have all happened locally in recent years.
