Vancouver police have arrested a 41 year old sexual assault suspect who removed his ankle monitor.

The 41 year old was granted bail after being charged with sexual assault, causing bodily harm, two counts of forcible confinement, uttering threats and assault with a weapon.

He was arrested in Gastown last night after citizens called police after recognizing Lukyn from a recent VPD media release.

He was wanted B.C.-wide for breach of recognizance after he removed his electronic monitoring bracelet while out on bail on October 15.
