Metro Vancouver gas prices are expected to see a significant hike tomorrow, Friday, January 4.
Dan McTeague, a Senior Petroleum Analyst with GasBuddy.com, tweeted about the soaring costs, adding that drivers should fill up today.
He tweeted that Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, "will see a 4 cent a litre HIKE tomorrow," which would put most pumps at 134.9 cents per litre. In addition, he adds that the new year isn't looking great for Canadian fuel. In fact, he notes that residents ought to, "get ready for a bumpy ride."

Vancouver Gas Prices
As of Thursday, March 22nd, 2018, gas prices in the province broke a previous record from 2014, when they reached $1.559 per litre.
They broke records again in October, with a number of Lower Mainland stations showing as high as $163.9 cents per litre.
