There are a number of massive cruise ships that frequent Vancouver waters throughout the year. However, the Norwegian Bliss is truly enormous.

Soaring an impressive 20 decks high, the humungous vessel accommodates a whopping 4,200 passengers.

Last September, the behemoth vessel made a splash on its sole Vancouver stop for the year. As the largest ship to ever visit the city, it attracted a sizeable crowd of onlookers.

Due to the ship's gargantuan stature, it couldn't fit under the Lion's Gate Bridge at high tide. As such, it had to wait a full day before it could disembark when the tide became low enough for it to do so.

Now, the five-star ocean liner returns to the city on a repositioning cruise this April.

The cruise departs Sunday, April 28 from Los Angeles and stops in San Fransisco on Tuesday, April 30. Following this, the ship ports in Victoria on Thursday, May 2, and then it makes its final stop in Vancouver on Friday, May 3.
