The Pacific National Exhibition is set to host a two stage event with an all local lineup Friday, June 28 called A Day In Vancouver.
Presented by Red Bull and Vancouver-based record label Pacific Rhythm, the event will see a range of local talent including DJs, rappers, singers, sound artists, and more. As such, it will celebrate the sights, sounds and culture of the west coast.

There will also be a full bar with Red Bull signature cocktails as well as food trucks on site.
The 19+ event will move ahead rain or shine, and guests must have two pieces of valid I.D. with them to enter.
The PNE Lagoon will host the following artists:
- Anklegod / Self-taught 17 year old recording artist, producer and rapper.
- DJ D.DEE / Pacific Rhythm owner, local DJ, record store proprietor, designer and promoter.
- Khotin / Electronic artist and part manager of label Normals Welcome
- Prado / Dextrous singer with a natural feel for melody and a great ear for deep-pocket grooves
- Sabota / A project from house and techno staple Max Ulis, and singer songwriter Robbie Slade
- Teen Daze / Electronic music project from Jamison Isaak which marries synthesized noise with sounds of the Pacific environment.
- Yu Su / Composer, DJ, and sound artist.

Cost: $5 with RVSP, $15 at the door
Note: The event is on an RSVP system, simply RSVP yourself for $5 admittance charge, payed at the door. Full price tickets will only be available at the door after the event begins.
