Popular plant-based restaurant Kokomo preps new Metro Vancouver location

Aruba, Jamaica, ooh, I wanna take you to…North Vancouver. Kokomo, the popular plant-based Vancouver restaurant is prepping another location, having just announced they’re opening up in Edgemont Village.

Kokomo, which launched in Chinatown in 2017, is known for their plant-based bowls and salads, curries, soups, and noodle dishes, as well as their smoothies and treats.

This will be the third location for the endeavour, which is the venture Vancouverite Katie Ruddell; Kokomo opened their second spot in Kitsilano last year.
