Penticton RCMP are seeking to reunite a headstone with its rightful owner.
Police say they came into possession of the headstone on Jan. 14, but have not been able to identify a family.
The headstone reads “Mary Ann Heath 1993-1995.”
RCMP are hoping the family will come forward. Anyone with information on the headstone’s rightful owner is asked to contact the Penticton RCMP at 250-492-4300.
UPDATE: The owners of the headstone have come forward - but fortunately the marker did not belong to a grave. Read more HERE.
