Sentencing judge: "These victims may be unknown but they are out there somewhere."

ABBOTSFORD — A man originally accused of the second-degree murder of a young woman from Abbotsford, B.C., has been found guilty of the lesser offence of manslaughter.

Police seized cash, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl and pills, as well as multiple weapons, in the Downtown Eastside.

The District of Squamish has officially entered a recovery period following the containment of the human-caused Dryden Creek wildfire that burned nearly 60 hectares.
