Vancouver man sues Burnaby insurer over hospital bill for African 'scorpion injury'
Johnny Onyes Nwachukwu was hospitalized for nine days after being injured by a scorpion in Nigeria, according to a lawsuit filed in B.C. Supreme Court. Nwachukwu claims BCAA has refused to provide him travel benefits to cover the cost.
