When you hike local trails or along river banks, do you stop to think about the resources that surround you? Join Earth Walk leader and Squamish Nation's member Tracy Williams and discover traditional aboriginal methods used in gathering, cooking and storing foods that may be harvested locally. There will be an opportunity to taste a few traditional foods and consider the significance of preparing food for the winter. The event is Aug. 28. Tickets are $15.
