The Vancouver Heritage Foundation is preparing for back-to-back weekends of uniquely Vancouver House Tours organized to highlight sustainable, affordable and innovative housing re-use in the city. First is the Vancouver Special House Tour Sept. 24 from noon to 5 p.m. The weekend after, the Laneway House Tour takes place Oct. 1 from noon to 5 p.m. Tour seven newly constructed laneway houses and one infill house built to complement existing main homes.
