The Stanley Cup riot as art? Yes. Check out the animation "An Ode to Vancouver Hockey Fans" by Jeff Chiba Stearns on Canada Line video screens. Stearns' work can be viewed until Sept. 30. The project is an artistic response to the riot that erupted June 15 after the Vancouver Canucks lost to the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup Final.
