It’s definitely a man’s world. I work with them and they stick together. We always feel like the outsiders. Even though we have work relationships with them, we’re always on the outside. Normally I don’t care, but sometimes it would be nice if you asked us questions about our lives once in a while because we always are asking about your children and your wife. They’re free to talk about themselves and their families but then they never seem interested in us. The flagging industry, it is mostly made up of women. We’ve got to make sure that it’s safe for them to work, so basically we’re looking after their backs.
