Anyone worried that we'd all have to wait another six years for the third installment of the Pemberton Music Festival can now rest easy. Organizers have announced the festival's2015 dates.
Phew.
Next year's festival will run Thursday, July 16 to Sunday, July 19. No word yet on the lineup, but early bird tickets will go on sale Friday, Dec. 12 at 10am.
Tickets come in two tiers, starting at $229 for four-day general admissions passes, plus $89 for either a camping or shuttle pass, or $29 for the limited-supply Go Green pass (which basically means you can to the festival site on your own).
Four-day VIP passes start at $799 and include a choice of either camping or shuttle. Four-day Super VIP oasses start at $1,299 and also include either camping or shuttle. Full ticketing details are available at the festival website.
Organizers will expand the campgrounds to include property on both sides of the Sea to Sky Highway, which means people won't be required to haul their gear around the festival grounds as they had to this year, which as we wrote back in August, was a total bummer.
New Orleans-based HUKA Entertainment revived the festival after a six-year hiatus with a lineup of nearly 100 performers, including Nine Inch Nails, Outkast, DeadMau5, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, Modest Mouse and so, so many more. Stay tuned for artist announcements in the coming months.
