Run by Vancouver Japanese Canadian business and cultural organizations, the ticketed festival-within-a-festival includes martial arts, tea ceremonies, ikebana (flower-arranging classes), sake tasting, taiko drumming, kimono demonstrations and irresistible Japanese street food.
