While the Lower Mainland enjoyed some warm sunshine this weekend, the Metro Vancouver weather forecast calls for even hotter temperatures this week.
Environment Canada calls for temperatures to reach as high as 27 C inland by Friday. Starting on Monday, May 6, the forecast calls for a high of 18 C and temperatures as high as 23 C inland. Following this, Tuesday’s forecast calls for sunshine and a high of 20 C and an inland high of 24 C.
This pattern continues through Wednesday and Thursday, with inland highs reaching 25 C and 26 C respectively. Friday’s forecast calls for temperatures to reach a high of 23 C and an inland high of 27 C.
The evenings are expected to be relatively mild, with daily lows of around 10 C to 12 C daily.
