To the editor:
Re: "City installs two air pumps on Adanac, Ontario bike routes," March 13.
A few thousand spent on bicycle pumping stations, that's really going to bust the city coffers judging by some of the feedback.
How much did the city guarantee against the Athletes Village complex again, half a billion? But to stay on topic, I just looked at the COV website and there are now 10 electric car charging stations around the city, and more to come.
I'm sure they must have cost hundreds of thousands to install and I can't say I've ever seen an electric car plugged in to any of them, though I'm sure it happens once in a blue moon.
Boy do Vancouverites need a reality check! Or is it just City Hall ?
