The Courier did its first live streaming event this morning, a Q&A with NPA mayoral candidate Kirk LaPointe.

We used a room at the Creekside Community Centre for the event. The centre and the False Creek backdrop are lovely, but the video quality was poor. Not sure if that's the wifi or some other technical joy. We'll fix that for upcoming Q&A's planned this week and next, with COPE's mayoral candidate Meena Wong on Friday, Oct. 24 and Vision Vancouver incumbent candidate Gregor Robertson Oct. 30.
