To the editor:
Not mentioned in the article is the presentation by Mike Gibson from Moving Sound Technologies Inc regarding health, safety issues with the device and, if installed properly, how noise from device is limited to "dark areas."
The report from Senior Environmental Health Officer VCH is clear. "Sound pressure levels of the device are within levels set by WorkSafeBC to prevent noise-induced hearing loss and the City of Vancouver Noise Control Bylaw which regulates community noise."
