Re: “Potty talk a win for West End’s Nelson Park,” March 5.
While I’m sure Nelson Park needed a toilet, it is unfortunate where it has been located.
Now when you walk down heavily walked Bute Street, you have to look at a toilet as you pass the park. With a pond around the corner on Comox, they could have hooked it up to a sewer line there. That would have made it more accessible to users of the farmers market as well.
Now the residents that live across the street have a view of a beautiful park... and a toilet.
