Re: “COPE sees victory in defeat,” online only.

I recall a letter to the Vancouver Courier by Tim Louis, COPE internal co-chair, which confidently stated that “COPE is on the way up and Vision is on the way down.”

Given the results in the latest election, I think he must have meant the other way around.
