To the editor: Re: "12th & Cambie," July 29. In an interview on CBC Radio recently, Larry Beasley, former director of planning for the City of Vancouver, said that traffic-40,000 vehicles a day-could "easily disperse" if the viaducts were removed.

In an interview on CBC Radio recently, Larry Beasley, former director of planning for the City of Vancouver, said that traffic-40,000 vehicles a day-could "easily disperse" if the viaducts were removed.

I know, let's ban and barricade all vehicles from the viaducts for a month and see how that works out.
