Somethings afoot
A BIG thank you to whoever couldnt be bothered to pick up their dogs crap on a grass verge on Nicola.... Ive just spent 10 delightful minutes getting it off one of my shoes (how that stuff sticks!) after unwittingly walking it through my apartment before smelling that wonderful old smell. If you own a dog, do the decent thing and take FULL ownership of it.

The WE is delivered to our building. With this in mind, I would suggest the pictures (particularly on the cover) within the paper be family friendly. This weeks zombie cover is completely inappropriate for immature audiences.

Leaving a bad taste
Has anyone seen the latest building at Bidwell? I think the urinal from the old Sears tower has been transported to our neighborhood. The facade from the old Maxims, unfortunately, looks ridiculous against this eyesore. (Who approved this?) I find it offensive that, although I have worked and paid taxes in this city for 40 years, my voice does not matter. Yet there is a couple on Point Grey Road who will benefit from a traffic calming area, [and] who have decided to promote a graffiti zone that I am sure will encourage other taggers to desecrate our neighborhoods.
