A catch-up post: This little bag came in a few weeks ago from Grayson's Catering. It's a general all-round spice useable for poultry, vegetables or whatever you put in an oven.
Update (Nov. 22/13): The spice bag was not sent in as a promotion. We had done a story which included Chef Helena Kopelow from Grayson's and she came into the office asking for a copy of the paper which had the article.
Our office manager who runs the reception desk at first couldn't find the story, so I went back into the archives and dug it out of a recent issue. Chef Helena appreciated the (very small effort) on my part and dropped off the spice as thanks.
Her gift was unnecessary but the thought is appreciated. I still haven't tried the spice but the office manager tells me it's tasty.
