Whale of a time

The Vancouver Aquarium just got a whole lot sexier as the city’s outgoing Vision dominated park board says it will not continue to thrust ahead with its plan to ban the breeding of cetaceans in captivity. Instead, it will perform what’s commonly known as coitus interruptus and withdraw its penetrating bylaw proposal and leave it dangling for the new NPA-dominated park board to grapple with after it’s sworn in Dec.1. Is it getting hot in here all of a sudden?

Whether the aquarium returns to its free-loving days of marine life key parties and oceanic orgies, where otters routinely hooked up with porpoises and belugas let their blow holes mingle, remains to be seen. But be warned: the sound of blubber slapping against blubber is going to be deafening.
